Shipping
The ETA depends on the place of destination from Metropolitan France:

48 hours i.e. 2 working days: to Metropolitan France,

8 to 14 days: to Overseas France.

4 to 8 days: for international destinations.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back .

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the gioods , in all the original packaging
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in.
Your item/s must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. The return must be requested within 14-days of your shipping date via our returns centre.
All original packaging with swing tags tags must be intact and included.
We cannot accept returns if any of these have been removed and the original packaging has been discarded.
In the case where it is evident the item has been worn (leaving makeup residue, washing fabric scents, perfume etc.) or damaged, MUMUSIL reserves the right to deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair and restock.
We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages or copyrights to MUMUSIL. In the event continuous returns are made, refusal of returns will be considered.
International returns
Please clearly mark the package as a return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside of France. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, Mumusil is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your order refund.
Any items on the ''Big sale'' category are final sale and non returnable
Items must be returned to us via a tracked and signed for service. The return shipping charges remain the responsibility of customer.
We refuse the right to accept any returns that are believed to be made maliciously, fraudulently or to cause loss, damages
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The amount of the returned items will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Unpaid Taxes / Failed / Refused Delivery Returns
If an item or an order is sent back to us due to unpaid taxes in the country of delivery, failed delivery or due to a refused delivery, shipping charges and return fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Should you require a new size, a new order should be placed. You should follow the above return policy instructions. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to us. Any items received that fail to comply with the above, will not be refunded.

Does your shipping include import taxes and duties?
All our shipping fees do not cover any taxes and or import duty fees that are applied by the country you are shipping too.
How do I return an item?

How do I cancel my order?
If you've made an accidental purchase or changed your mind, you can cancel your order up to 15 minutes after the order is placed. by emailing
Transaction fees are not refundable.
I placed my order, can I change the shipping address?
Regrettably, we cannot edit or change the shipping address once an order is placed. For any change of address, please call 3631 or your local post office to add any additional information.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase.
How do I track my order?
All items are shipped via the postal office. Tracking numbers are mailed to customers after items have been mailed out. In case a tracking number is not received, please email us at mumusil@yahoo.fr
Can I edit my order?
We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it!
Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make changes to your order.
